Boss Mode is Groxx’s onboarding experience.
During Boss Mode, users may answer:

Groxx Brain and AI-powered features may use information provided during Boss Mode to personalize the Services.

The usefulness and relevance of Groxx outputs depend substantially on the completeness, accuracy, and current relevance of the information provided.

Groxx does not independently audit or verify every Boss Mode answer.

7. Priority Modes

During Boss Mode, a user may select a priority mode intended to influence the focus and direction of recommendations.

Current modes may include:

• More Cash Mode;
• Smooth Ops Mode;
• Need You Less Mode;
• Scale Up Mode;
• Profit Mode;
• Survival Mode.

Priority-mode names are descriptive product labels used for navigation and personalization.

The number, order, presentation, and content of recommendations may change over time.

9. Red Flag

Red Flag identifies potential business risks, warning signals, or areas that may require attention.

Red Flag may also suggest possible actions for:

• monitoring it;
• reducing it;
• responding to it;
• addressing its possible causes or consequences.

A Red Flag output is not:

• a prediction that harm will occur;
• confirmation that a legal or regulatory violation exists;

A This Week or Red Flag card may include a Play control.

When a user selects Play, Groxx may use AI-powered processing to expand the card into more detailed and context-aware guidance.

The expanded content may use:

• the underlying Groxx Brain output;
• the content of the card;
• Boss Mode information;
• the selected priority mode;
• relevant business-profile information;
• previous interactions;
• other context available through the Services.

Play-generated content may include:

• explanations;
• suggested steps;
• examples;
• implementation ideas;
• questions to consider;
• follow-up considerations.

Play-generated content may be produced substantially through third-party generative AI.

It may:

• contain errors;
• rely on assumptions;
• misunderstand the user’s circumstances;
• omit relevant information;
• differ between requests or sessions;
• be unsuitable for a particular business, industry, or jurisdiction.

Selecting Play does not cause Groxx to:

• implement the recommendation;
• supervise implementation;
• monitor execution;
• verify that the recommendation has been followed;
• accept responsibility for the user’s decision to act.

11. Card-Level AI Chat

This Week and Red Flag cards may include an AI-powered chat field.

The chat allows users to ask follow-up questions concerning the relevant recommendation or potential risk.

A response may use:

• the content of the relevant card;
• the user’s prompt;
• relevant business context;
• relevant conversation history;
• Groxx instructions and system context;
• uploaded content where applicable.

Card-level responses may be generated substantially through third-party generative AI.

The fact that a chat appears within a Groxx Brain-supported card does not mean that every response:

• was independently generated by Groxx Brain;
• was independently validated by Groxx Brain;
• has been reviewed by a Groxx employee;
• has been reviewed by a human consultant;
• has been approved by a licensed professional;
• constitutes professional advice.

12. AI Crew

Groxx provides AI Crew, an AI-powered conversational feature that may include:

The names assigned to AI Crew assistants do not guarantee:

When you use AI Crew, Play, card-level AI chat, or another feature identified as AI-powered, you are interacting with automated software rather than a human.

These characteristics do not mean that the system:

• is a person;
• understands your company in the same manner as a human adviser;
• has personal experience;
• has consciousness;

You should evaluate an AI response based on its substance and supporting information, not on the confidence, style, or tone in which it is presented.

14. Third-Party Generative AI

Groxx currently uses third-party generative AI services, including OpenAI API services, to support certain functionality.

Depending on the feature, information processed by a third-party AI provider may include:

• relevant business context;
• user prompts;
• conversation context;
• uploaded files or extracted content;
• card content;
• system instructions;

Groxx is designed to exclude direct account identifiers, such as a user’s email address and internal account identifier, from standard third-party AI requests where those identifiers are not required.

However, users may voluntarily include identifying, personal, confidential, sensitive, or third-party information in:

• open-ended Boss Mode answers;
• prompts;
• chat messages;
• uploaded files;
• other free-form content.

Such information may be processed by the applicable third-party AI provider where necessary to provide the requested functionality.

15. OpenAI Data Practices

Groxx has disabled voluntary sharing of OpenAI API inputs and outputs for model improvement.
OpenAI states that data submitted through its API and other business offerings is not used to train its models by default unless the customer affirmatively opts in.

Under OpenAI’s standard API controls, abuse-monitoring logs may contain prompts, responses, and related metadata and may be retained for up to 30 days, unless longer retention is legally required or reasonably necessary for security.

Groxx has disabled API call logging in its OpenAI organization settings.

This setting does not necessarily eliminate all temporary provider-side retention for security or abuse monitoring.

16. Explicit Permission for Third-Party AI Processing

Before personal information or business context is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, Groxx may present a disclosure and request permission as required by applicable platform rules or law.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully completed before withdrawal.

• outdated;

• unsuitable;
• based on incorrect assumptions;

Unless Groxx expressly confirms otherwise in writing:

• no human consultant has reviewed an output;
• no licensed professional has approved it;
• no Groxx employee has verified its accuracy;
• no professional opinion has been issued.

Limited authorized access may occur where reasonably necessary to:
